Well, here you are, my dear fellow, Hayden. What a good thing to have reverted! I am glad I cannot do the same thing, for the names that we applied to me when I was young were horrendous. Yours, however, is an excellent name. Far superior to the other one.

As to the Ford trio, I find John Ford very hard to swallow, so I don’t really go to his films much. I sense the temperament of a bully. He directs with his dukes up and then grows lachrymose. Very Irish.

However, I loved Stagecoach when it came out, didn’t you? And I saw it again recently and I do so still.

And thank you for the helpful information on Eiki Ishioka. I did not know all this about her; in fact, I was quite ignorant about her. Because of the costumes, and because of the settings and story variations on the Snow White story, and because Nathan Lane is excellent throughout, I encourage you to see the film. If you don’t like Julia Roberts, you won’t stop disliking her here, so no harm will come to you, just don’t avoid the treat of those costumes.
